1. Can I get recommendations on specific skin care concerns or a skin consultation by phone?
- Answer: Absolutely! We have a trained skin care specialist on staff that would be happy to answer any questions you may have, do a skin care consultation by phone, or offer suggestions on products to address any skin care concerns you may have.
2. Do you send samples?
- Answer: Yes! Elements Beauty Shop provides 2 to 3 samples with every order depending on availability. You may call us if there is a specific product you would like to sample, and if it is available we would be happy to accommodate your request.
3. Do natural/organic products have a shelf life/expiration date?
- Answer: Yes, they do. It is important that you check the packaging of any natural or organic product for an expiration date. Discard any unused portion of product past that date. We check all dates of products prior to shipping.
4. If I provide my email address, how often will you email me?
- Answer: When you place on order on ElementsBeautyShop.com, you will receive two emails if you choose to include a valid email address. This first email confirms the order confirmation, the second confirms shipment. If we have difficulty processing your order or there are complications related to shipping and delivering your package, you may also receive email contact or attempts to reach you by phone. Please note that all customer service representatives are trained to identify themselves as representatives of "ElementsBeautyShop.com" and to disclose the reason for contact only to the person whose name appears on the order. From time to time we may send out promotions to existing customers. If you ever receive any unwanted contact from us that is unsolicited, please Contact Us so that we can promptly make the necessary correction.
5. Do you share my contact information with others/other companies?

6.What is your return policy?
Any opened or unsealed items cannot be returned. When you receive your package, promptly check the items to make sure the item(s) is correct. ElementsBeautyShop.com will accept returns of unopened, sealed, or incorrect items only.
Please contact our customer service team prior to sending your return to obtain an RMA number. Returns will not be accepted without a valid RMA listed on the outside of the box.
Include a copy of your invoice for the original purchase, as well as your provided RMA number. The product must be in the original condition, sealed, and in original packaging. The returned product must be received by us within 30 days from the day you receive your order. We will replace the item for you, or credit your original form of payment, depending on your desired and indicated preference.

7. What if my product is damaged when I receive it?
- Answer: If your product is damaged when you receive it, please contact Elements Beauty Shop immediately. You must obtain an RMA number for returns. We will arrange for you to ship the item back to us and do our best to replace your damaged item as quickly as possible.
8. Can I order products by phone?
- Answer: YES! We will happily take your information by phone and place your order for you! All credit card information is immediately destroyed and will not be kept on file.
9. What if my product/order is out of stock or on back order?
- Answer: Elements Beauty Shop will contact you on your preferred method of contact to let you know of the problem and provide you with its’ estimated availability.
10. Do you ship out of the country?
- Answer: We are sorry, but international shipping is not available at this time.
